Davina Semo @ White Flag Library
Davina Semo at White Flag Library
Opening Reception: Saturday, March 16, 6-8 pm
Davina Semo's suggestive titles and post-industrial approach to manufacture simultaneously reveal an emphasis on physical mass and an ironic sensitivity to concept, placing her work within a distinctively charged formal territory. Semo's knowing use of chains, concrete, safety glass, and neon paint infuse her art with gravity and wit, rendering unexpected warmth from her favored materials.
White Flag Library is an ancillary exhibition program of White Flag Projects.
