An empty space sets a thing off. Elevates it. Lends it pristineness. Fine. A peak is an occasion for contemplation. But most days are spent at lower altitudes, with one's face pressed to the grain. The air isn’t thin or rare. It sticks to the skin and has to be washed away at night. There is no sojourn and the summer brings no respite.

Eli Ping presents Regina Rex

Eli Ping presents Regina Rex

For its inaugural exhibition, Eli Ping presents Regina Rex member work. Regina Rex is an artists-run exhibition space located in the Ridgewood neighborhood of Queens, New York, a half  block from the Brooklyn border. This is the first time Regina Rex member work will be presented as a group. 

PART 1 features the work of Yevgenia Baras, Theresa Ganz, Aylssa Gorelick, Angelina Gualdoni, Lauren Portada and Max Warsh.

Eli Ping is located at 131B Eldridge, New York, NY 10002. 

The gallery is open every Friday / Saturday / Sunday from 12 to 6pm.
